About the event
Our new skills-based initiative for kids is called Balance Builders. Children will be introduced to evidence-based self-regulation strategies including mindfulness-based stress reduction, cognitive-behavioural therapy, movement, and breathwork in a fun and engaging manner. We have two groups beginning January 16th . The first is for ages 5-7 years and is being held from 4:30-5:30pm and the second group is for ages 8-10 years and runs from 6-7pm.
