About the event
Let's Grow Girls!
A 6-week group programme offered for pre-teen girls to inspire confidence and help build self-esteem in today's challenging world.
Participants will be offered weekly group sessions in a trauma-informed environment to learn effective tools to help them stay grounded, build friendships, learn healthy communication skills, boundary setting, and develop social and emotional skills.
Begins after March Break! March 20-Apr 24
Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm
COST is $210 for the 6-week session
