LOTUS & LIGHT YOGA

At the heart of our practice is a deep passion for holistic wellness. Discovered through a personal healing journey, yoga became a gateway to transformation—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Since then, we’ve woven together a rich tapestry of teachings and life experiences to create a unique and grounded approach to both practice and teaching. In addition to group classes, and private yoga practices, we offer thoughtfully curated yoga and wellness workshops tailored to meet both individual and corporate needs, helping you reconnect, recharge, and realign from the inside out.

At Lotus & Light Yoga, we are passionate about holistic wellness. Reach out and join our safe(r) and supportive yoga community. See our latest offerings below.  Contact or register for classes: www.lotusandlightyoga.ca

KAYLA LAFONTAINE,

RYT-200

Kayla started yoga as a way to connect more deeply with herself, and over time it’s become a practice of grounding, growth and finding balance within myself. Her teaching style is gentle, accessible, and focused on creating space for students to meet themselves exactly as they are. In her classes, you can expect gentle movement, breath, meditation, and a little space to reset from the busyness of life. She loves incorporating both softness and strength, because she believes yoga is about the whole experience of being human, not just the poses.
